If the cap lifter is placed in the lower key bolt hole, the mold can be opened without risk of burning fingers or hands. Thanks to the raised edge, embers and co. it can be placed on top of the lid and the top heat is used effectively. Recommendations: • Do not pour cold liquids (such as water) on the cast iron parts of the hot pan, because the cast iron may crack or otherwise be damaged. • Never use dishwashing liquid or soap to clean the fire pan. • Do not allow the fire pan to fall on a hard surface, because cast iron is a brittle material that can crack.
