Parquet adhesive with 2 components, Soudal, 2K Pu-18P, 10 kg

Permanent Polyurethane adhesive for parquet, wood by-products, and heating substrates. The adhesive provides maximum stability and durability. Mounting with this adhesive is simple using the following: Allow PU-18P to reach room temperature before use. Add all of component B to the bucket of component A. Mix the two components very carefully using a mixer and beat for at least 2 minutes to get a homogeneous mixture. Always mix one package at the same time (A-component + B-component). Any deviation from this mixing ratio is detrimental to the strength of the adhesive and the final mechanical properties. PU-18P must be used within 50 minutes after mixing the two components. Use the Soudal B11 trowel. For parquet sizes smaller than 60x300 mm, use the Soudal B3 trowel. Do not apply more adhesive on the surface than the part that can be closed with parquet for approximately 60 minutes. Place the parquet on the adhesive with a sliding motion and tap with a rubber mallet. Ensure a good transfer of the adhesive to the parquet (min. 80% coverage). If necessary, weigh the laid parquet. After at least 24 hours, the parquet can be smoothed and treated.
