A two-component-material. Component A in form of dust with a cement basis, natural stone, synthetic resin and special pigment, as well as liquid component B with elastomeric basis for a higher resistance in compression and bending, as well as resistance to chemical agents and washing detergents. The surface covered with tiles and spaces between them should be fully clean. If the gluing of tiles has been carried out with an adhesive, filling of joints in wall is made after 8-12 hours: filling of joints in the floor is made after 12-24 hours. If the gluing of tiles is realised with traditional mortar or prepared in advance with a cement basis, the filling of joints in walls is made after 2-3 days, while the filling of joints in the floor is made after 8-10 days. Initially mix 200 gr component B with 300-500 ml clean water and then add component A in powder. The mixture is realized with a mixer of slow lap 200-300 rotations per minute until it forms a homogenous mass and without particles. Then it is left at rest for 5 minutes and it is mixed for another minute after use. In this manner, the product is ready for use. The joints are filled with filler by means of a smooth tyre spatula. The excessive filler may be removed by means of a wet sponge when Fugaflex 0-5 mm has achieved a sufficient strength (usually 15-20 minutes after application). Cleaning of walls or floor is carried out with a dry rag or a woollen rag, when the filler has been fully strengthened, the cleaning may be made even one day later after the application of the filler for joints.
