Details

V8 filter card, red wine. Cardboard filters are 1-use and have different porosity depending on the wine to be filtered. For white wine, smaller cartons are used, while for rougher reds. The wine is usually filtered twice with cardboard filters. For red wine, a V8 for first filtering and a V16 for second filtering are appropriate.
